By accessing and using TimeMomo (including the hosted demo at timemomo.techformist.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.
TimeMomo is a shared, real-time timer platform for presenters and event organizers. It enables account-based access (email signup) and room sharing features.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We collect and store the email used to register and authenticate accounts.
The hosted demo instance is provided without guarantees. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or that rooms/accounts will be retained indefinitely. If you need guaranteed availability or long-term storage, run your own self-hosted instance (see Self-hosting).
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to:
Users retain ownership of content they create. By using the service you grant us a limited license to the extent necessary to provide and display that content within the service.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access to the hosted service at our discretion. Users who self-host remain responsible for their own instance management.
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date.
For questions about these terms or privacy, please open an issue on the project's GitHub repository or contact us via the information on the project's homepage.
Reminder: The hosted demo is intentionally low-commitment. For guaranteed persistence and control, self-hosting is recommended.
